Welding is important, as we obtain information from the soil to carry out the sizing of the foundation. Through this study we obtain the main information on the type of soil, groundwater level, soil layers and the resistance of these layers. With this information, we can determine the type of foundation suitable for that specific project. Welding is one of the first phases of the work. The function of welding is to study the layers of the land where the building will be built, through which we obtain details that can even compromise the visibility of the construction. There are several types of surveys and the choice will be determined by the technical professional, varying according to the terrain and construction. Welding can be done using specialized equipment, where excavations are made to know the characteristics of the terrain. Depending on what is found in the ground, the entire progress of the work can be modified, including the foundation design, which must follow the physical aspects of the land.
2024-08-06T00:00:00-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/2039PHYSICAL ARRANGEMENT OF AUTOMOTIVE PARTS IN-HOUSE2024-11-05T16:52:11-03:00Diogo Oliveira Santosdiogo-mon@live.comDener Martins Martinsdener.martins@ubm.brMaria Eduarda Delgadomaria.20201001420@graduacao.ubm.brCaique Ca Oliveiracaique@graduacao.ubm.brDébora Cristina CarminatiDebora.carminati@graduacao.ubm
Through structured planning, it is possible to transform, implement and improve the functioning of a production chain. One of the essential tools for the proper functioning of a production chain is the definition of the operating layout or better known as physical arrangement. Physical layout concerns the physical positioning of a company's transformative resources. This goes from facilities, equipment, employees and the way in which these items relate. The physical arrangement is one of the most evident characteristics of a productive operation because it determines its shape and appearance. The wrong physical arrangement can lead to long and confusing flow patterns, stockpiles of materials, customer queues, long processing times and high costs. These are some examples of errors in implementing the wrong physical arrangement. Physical arrangement changes are often a difficult and long-lasting activity because of the specific physical dimensions of the promoted transformation resources.
2024-08-06T00:00:00-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/2037APPLICATION OF THE CENTER OF GRAVITY METHOD TO LOCATE THE NEW DC OF A FOOD DISTRIBUTION COMPANY2024-11-05T16:52:11-03:00Diogo Oliveira Santosdiogo-mon@live.comBárbara Drumondbarbara.drumond@ubm.brMaria Eduarda Delgadomaria.20201001420@graduacao.ubm.brDébora Cristina CarminatiDebora.carminati@graduacao.ubm
The choice of positioning and function of storage facilities is a strategic definition. Software quality management is essential to ensure that it meets the requirements and expectations of end users, applying methods and techniques aimed at quality in all phases of the project life cycle. One of the main elements of software quality management is the Quality Assessment Project Plan. This plan describes the activities and resources necessary to evaluate the quality of the software during its development, defining the quality objectives to be achieved, the metrics to measure quality, the evaluation activities used and the team responsible for execution. It should be developed at the beginning of the project and updated regularly as the project progresses. You must also consider the quality requirements specific to the software in question, as well as relevant standards and regulations. The first step in the plan is to define quality objectives. This involves identifying which features of the software are considered critical to the success of the project and setting specific goals for each of these features. Next, the plan must identify metrics to measure software quality. These can be static metrics, such as code complexity or compliance with coding standards, or dynamic metrics, such as failure rate or response time. Metrics must be chosen according to specific quality requirements and must be measurable, objective and relevant. After defining the quality objectives and metrics, the plan must describe the evaluation activities that will be carried out. This may include code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, system tests, and acceptance tests. The plan must specify which activities will be carried out, when they will be carried out and who will be responsible for their execution. Finally, the plan should include a description of the team responsible for assessment activities. It may include developers, IT specialists, and other project team members. The plan must also define required resources, such as testing tools and environments, and must consider time and budget constraints.
2024-08-06T12:00:22-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/2021CREATING AN APPLICATION FOR EVENT SCHEDULE2024-11-05T16:52:12-03:00Joao victor santos souzajoao.souza@aluno.faeterj-brm.faetec.rj.gov.brEliel Ferreira Oliveiraricardo.said@ubm.brDiego Luiz Barboza Oliveiraricardo.said@ubm.brMonique da Silva Cruzricardo.said@ubm.br
This course completion work addresses the development process of the "Agenda Musical/Eventos CCB" application for the Christian Congregation in Brazil. Therefore, from the Stockholm Conference (1972) to the 2030 Agenda (2015), several studies were carried out with the aim of signing agreements that would lead to the creation of policies for Environmental Education (EE) and IT electronic waste management, as well as the implementation of public and private incentives to attract society's participation in the search for sustainability. With the aim of contributing to reflection in this area, this article initially analyzes the problem caused by electronic waste and summarizes the various contributions arising from conferences and seminars related to the environment held internationally. It shows the initiatives created in Brazil until the creation of the National Solid Waste Policy and ends with the definition of Green Information Technology (Green IT) and the results to be achieved if its practices are adopted. Other practices that were found in the research to carry out this work were the migration of systems to the cloud by some companies and the use of green marketing, which was used as an economic differential to confirm the commitment to the manufacture and use of equipment. that consume less electrical energy and have in their components those that are less harmful to nature, and which can also be reused. Finally, we can state the importance of environmental education so that the understanding and application of concepts arising from terms such as: environment, socio-environmental, Green IT, ecosystem, green marketing, social responsibility, among others, are taken to the different segments of society, so that they can reach the greatest number of people. In this work it can be concluded that Green IT has made a great contribution to rethinking the way we use, produce and dispose of IT equipment, practices that, combined with concerns about electricity consumption and changes in companies' infrastructure, will bring great benefits. for socio-environmental issues.
2024-08-06T17:27:15-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1953DEVELOPING AN APPLICATION: EVENTLIST2024-11-05T16:52:12-03:00Tiago dos Santos Duque da Silvatiagosdsilva@gmail.comLucas Carvalho Maltalucas.malta@aluno.faeterj-brm.faetec.rj.gov.brLuan De Freitas Pereiraluan.pereira@aluno.faeterj-brm.faetec.rj.gov.brMarcos Antonio de Oliveiramaaoliveira2017@gmail.com
The EventList project is being developed with the aim of creating an innovative solution for event management. Initially, we sought to introduce a platform that would simplify the organization of events, providing users with an efficient way to control and communicate with guests. In addition to interdisciplinary approaches, students employ skills in mobile application development, API integration and user interface design to design a practical and effective tool. The project of a guest list application arises as a response to problems faced by event organizers such as: The lack of a centralized platform, difficulty in obtaining attendance confirmations and inefficient communication. The app aims to simplify guest management, improve communication and reduce errors, providing an efficient experience. For the prototyping phase, the team initially opted for Canva as a design tool. This choice was motivated by the ease of use and the wide range of features offered by the platform, in addition to allowing efficient collaboration between team members, facilitating the creation of intuitive and visually attractive interfaces. For the application interface, FlutterFlow was used as the main platform. FlutterFlow was selected because of its ability to create functional and visually appealing interfaces quickly and efficiently. After conducting competitor research via the Internet, the team realized that EventList stands out compared to others available on the market. To ensure that the product meets needs, market research was conducted, classified as action research, since the project involves a social intervention. For this, a questionnaire with 10 questions was used, using the Google Forms platform as a resource. After partial analysis of the data, it was identified that the majority of participants are between 25 and 35 years old. Presence confirmation is the most sought after feature in an application of this type. Ease of use is the most important criterion when choosing, with data security when using the application being paramount. Other relevant issues highlighted: research on food preferences and live streaming of events, and the majority would like the application to allow the import of contacts from other platforms.
2024-08-06T17:35:32-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1954BREWERY LAYOUT STUDY2024-11-05T16:52:13-03:00Maria Eduarda Damazio Moreira Resendegivisiez.duda@gmail.comEsther de SouzaSouzaesther948@gmail.comDener Martins Santosdener.souza@ubm.br
The company to be studied is a craft brewery located in the Lagos region. It consists of building a mobile application that allows users to purchase intelligently. In addition to interdisciplinary concepts, students apply concepts from mobile application development, API integration, and user interface design to create a functional and useful tool. The project arises as a response to several problems faced by consumers during the shopping process in supermarkets, such as: Difficulty in comparing prices, lack of information about stock, consumer displacement and difficulty in planning purchases. The application called GoMarket proposes to improve the shopping experience in supermarkets, integrating technology and convenience. Based on studies on consumer challenges and technological trends in retail, it seeks to offer an efficient, economical and personalized experience. It aims to solve the aforementioned problems, providing consumers with information about prices, stock and the possibility of comparing different establishments. For the prototyping stage, the team chose to use Figma as a design tool and FlutterFlow as a development platform. This choice was made because both tools are accessible via browser, simplifying access and encouraging team collaboration. Furthermore, the ease of integration with other tools and services was a determining factor in the decision, allowing for efficient customization of the workflow. After analyzing competitors' apps, the team observed that the features present in GoMarket stood out in comparison. These distinctive features not only position the app as a competitive choice but also enable it to satisfy users' needs comprehensively and efficiently. With advances in electronics and computing in the following decades, SCADA systems incorporated technologies such as PLCs and dedicated computers, allowing greater automation and control of industrial processes. The emergence of the internet in the 1990s made it possible to remotely connect devices, expanding the applications of SCADA to various industries. Today, SCADA continues to evolve, incorporating technologies such as IoT, real-time data analysis and cloud computing. However, it faces increasing challenges related to cybersecurity. This study seeks to analyze the history and evolution of SCADA, as well as emerging security challenges. The research spans from the origins of SCADA to its current applications and the security challenges associated with its interconnection with the IoT. SCADA has gone through different generations of development. The first generation was based on mainframe systems, with network communication limitations and restricted interoperability. The second generation, characterized by distributed SCADA, introduced improvements in communication and miniaturization of systems. The third generation adopted an open architecture, allowing for more diverse functionality and communication across WANs using Internet Protocol (IP) and Ethernet. This evolution reflects not only technological advances, but also the continuous need for adaptation and innovation to face the challenges of the modern industrial world, especially those related to cybersecurity.
2024-08-07T09:35:41-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1914THE HISTORY OF THE SCADA SYSTEM2024-11-05T16:52:14-03:00Marco Antônio Gabrieleng.marcogabriel@gmail.comMaicon Douglas Porto Maltaeng.marcogabriel@gmail.comLucas Tavares da Silvaeng.marcogabriel@gmail.com
The work presents a comprehensive analysis of the fundamental concepts of the IEC 61850 standard and the GOOSE protocol, focusing on their application in electrical substations. The results obtained reveal the importance of standardization provided by IEC 61850 in the interoperability between intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) and supervision systems, in addition to the efficiency and speed of communication provided by the GOOSE protocol in exchanging critical information in real time. These partial results highlight the relevance of these technologies for advancing the automation and control of electrical substations, contributing to the modernization and efficiency of energy systems.

2024-08-07T09:43:20-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1899ACRM: ANALYSIS AND CONTROL OF REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE2024-11-05T16:52:14-03:00Marco Aurélio Bittencourt de Almeidapv.marcoaba@gmail.comJoão Vitor Chaves Silvajoaovitorchavesjcs@outlook.comEduardo Caetano Quintas Maiaeducaetmaia3@gmail.comArthur de Oliveira Peixoto Silvaarthur.oliveira2005@hotmail.comMatheus Alves Rufino da Silva Camposmatheusrufino109@gmail.comPedro Henrique Mariano Figueiredomariandrinho@gmail.com
A plastic mold is an essential tool in the injection plastic parts manufacturing industry. It emerged at the end of the 19th century, but its modernization occurred with the development of the plastics industry in the 1940s. It is a structure, generally made of steel or aluminum, which contains cavities that determine the shape and characteristics of the final part. . During the injection manufacturing process, plastic is melted and injected into the mold, where it is cooled and solidified to take on the desired shape. Plastic molds are precisely designed to ensure consistency in the mass production of plastic parts, with special attention to geometry, dimensional tolerances and surface finish. They play a key role in the production of a variety of products, from small components to parts of larger products, and are essential in ensuring quality, efficiency and economy in plastic manufacturing processes, being used in diverse sectors, from automotive to packaging. . Examples include bottle caps, electronic components, and parts of household appliances. Since it is a very useful tool for creating plastic utensils commonly seen in everyday life, it is normal for companies specializing in this area to emerge, and along with that, some problems. Loss or misplacement of molds is a significant problem that can result in high costs and production interruptions. In many companies, the mold tracking and management process is performed manually, which can be prone to errors and inconsistencies. This can lead to difficulties locating specific molds, lack of inventory transparency, and even permanent loss of valuable assets. An effective solution to address this problem is the implementation of an automated mold tracking system, using a web application developed in Python. This application would allow digital recording of all the company's molds, including details such as serial number, type of mold, usage history and current location. By migrating to a computerized system, the company could reap a series of significant benefits. Firstly, operational efficiency would be increased as the time spent manually searching for molds would be drastically reduced.

2024-08-07T10:14:37-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1890FEASIBILITY OF USING ELECTRIC TRUCKS IN CITIES AND HIGHWAYS COMPARED TO COMBUSTION TRUCKS FOR POSSIBLE IMPLEMENTATION IN A TRANSPORTATION COMPANY2024-11-05T16:52:14-03:00Marco Antônio Gabrieleng.marcogabriel@gmail.comItalo Felipe Malheiroseng.marcogabriel@gmail.comMaxsuel de Souza Resendeeng.marcogabriel@gmail.comRoney Miguel Vilas Boas Pintoeng.marcogabriel@gmail.com
In this present work, the focus is on carrying out an assessment of the compatibility of using electric trucks in urban and highway environments with the purpose of exploring the possibility of implementing these vehicles in transport company fleets. The methodology adopted is based on comprehensive bibliographical research on the topic, complemented by specific technical data on electric vehicles and combustion vehicles. This comparative analysis addresses various aspects such as energy consumption, on-board technology, fueling and recharging costs, as well as environmental impacts associated with all types of vehicles. It is designed to perform a wide range of tasks in industry, such as moving materials, parts and tools accurately and efficiently. The main objective is to analyze both the kinematic and dynamic models of this robotic manipulator and simulate its performance in different conditions with the Scilab software. To model a robotic arm, we follow a systematic approach. First we define the components of the arm, including the links (rigid segments) and the joints (connection points between the links), identifying the number and type of joints present. Next, a coordinate system is established for each link and joint, allowing its position and orientation to be described in relation to a global reference system. This is fundamental for the kinematic and dynamic analysis of the robotic arm. The Denavit-Hartenberg (DH) convention is applied to describe the geometry and kinematics of the arm, assigning DH parameters to each joint to define transformations between adjacent coordinate systems. Based on the DH parameters and homogeneous transformations, direct kinematic equations are derived, enabling the calculation of the final position and orientation of the effector in relation to the global system, given the joint configurations. If necessary, inverse kinematic equations are developed to determine the joint configurations required to position the end-effector in a specific position and orientation in the workspace. Furthermore, it is crucial to perform inertia modeling of the robotic arm, determining the masses, moments of inertia and inertia products of each link. This is essential for calculating the forces and torques in arm movements and designing suitable controllers. Finally, based on inertia models and kinematic equations, direct and inverse dynamic equations are developed, allowing the calculation of the forces and torques necessary in the joints to produce a specific movement of the arm, or vice versa. Scilab is used for simulation, offering a platform to test control algorithms. Manipulation and simulation are crucial in the development of robotic systems, driving efficiency and adaptability. Continuing technological advances in this area promise new applications in the future.
2024-08-07T10:32:43-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1906HIGH EFFICIENCY THREE-PHASE INDUCTION MOTORS2024-11-05T16:52:14-03:00Sidney Souza Carmosidneysdocarmo@yahoo.com.br
Due to the growing demand in the industrial field to improve efficiency in relation to costs, operation, automation, speed control, size and varied applicability, three-phase alternating current motors have been incorporated into this scenario, playing a fundamental role in several industry sectors. . To meet this wide range of needs, it is imperative that these engines are continually subject to modernization processes in order to guarantee their full efficiency. These machines stand out due to their simplicity, excellent cost-benefit ratio and specificity. With obvious advantages, many industries still postpone the modernization of these engines. In this context, a crucial research question arises: How to improve the performance of three-phase alternating current motors to meet growing demands for energy efficiency? This question becomes relevant, since the optimization of these engines can result in substantial energy savings and cost reduction. The objective of the work is to demonstrate the main differences between conventional three-phase induction motors and high-efficiency ones, as well as to present how an electric induction motor works, representative ways of its operation through equivalent circuits, the main losses that result in the low efficiency of a three-phase induction electric motor and the presentation of established standards so that there is the adequacy and standardization of the construction of new machines, meeting the objective of improving efficiency. The lightning protection system aims to reduce the damage caused by these discharges. Based on the risk management established by NBR 5419:2015, the need or not to implement the protection system is assessed. It is extremely relevant to talk about SPDA, because the impacts resulting from the lack of a protection system, as well as an inadequate installation, can have serious consequences for both the structure and people. The research was carried out based on a study of the NBR itself, scientific articles, books and websites from research institutes, where the most recent were selected, considering the update of the standard in 2015. The visit to the site, the object of this study, allowed the collection of essential data for risk analysis and subsequent sizing of the system. After analyzing the results, the conclusion is drawn about the need to implement SPDA, in which case the protection method and respective class are presented, as well as the capture, descent and grounding subsystems. The work made it possible to deepen knowledge about SPDA through the study of NBR 5419:2015 and other sources, fulfilling the objectives by verifying the need to protect the structure and consequent dimensioning of the system, according to the technical standard in reference. Accompanying this growth, work accidents arose, which aroused the need for regulation in the services provided, including electrical installations. Then the Regulatory Standards, the so-called NRs, emerged, as they were published in the Official Gazette of the Union in July 1978. Many old installations were not regulated, despite being often established with technical operating criteria. Safety precautions in electrical installations such as sizing of conductors, ducts and division of electrical circuits were most of the time not taken into consideration. This scenario not only put the integrity of the facilities at risk, but also that of people. Dependence on electricity is increasingly present today, becoming fundamental for the development and well-being of society, marking its presence even in places previously considered remote, such as rural facilities. Technological advances drive a growing demand for electrical energy, which leads to greater responsibility and awareness when it comes to electrical installations. Given this, there is a need to adapt and modernize the electrical installations at the UBM School Farm. Founded decades ago, this institution is located in a rural area, and plays a fundamental role as an educational establishment. Faced with this challenge, a project is being developed with diagrams, demand calculation and forecasting, load forecasting, among other specifications. The project strictly follows the guidelines established by Regulatory Standards, as well as important documents such as RECON from the electric energy concessionaire LIGHT and books by experts in the field. This project is committed to safety, energy efficiency and the sustainability of the electrical installation at the UBM School Farm.

2024-08-07T16:27:44-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1836BATTERY COLLECTION STATION2024-11-05T16:52:15-03:00Fernando da Silva Santosengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brJoão Victor Braga Santoseng.eletrica@ubm.brWillian Barbosa Ribeiroeng.eletrica@ubm.br
E-waste can result in several complications, such as soil and water contamination and illnesses that can affect anyone who comes into contact with a disposal site. The danger in disposing of batteries lies in the fact that, if disposed of incorrectly, they can be crushed or burst, leaking the toxic liquid inside. This substance accumulates in nature and, as it is not biodegradable, can contaminate water. In this context, I propose a battery collection station, which would be installed in public places such as schools and businesses, with the aim of allowing the local population to deposit their used batteries. In this project, the station was installed at the Sesi – Barra Mansa school, in order to solve this problem of inadequate disposal of highly toxic waste. Once collected, these materials will be taken to the company CSN (specifically at deposit 50, which is a waste distribution point) and will subsequently be sent to a special waste landfill where they will be discarded correctly without the risk of contamination of the material. soil or groundwater resulting from the irregular disposal of these products.
2024-08-07T16:33:44-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1834ELECTRONIC CANE: PRODUCT FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED2024-11-05T16:52:16-03:00Fernando da Silva Santosengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brGuilherme Danielguiamorim1mt@gmail.comHugo Santanahugo2015five@gmail.comRafaela Helenarafaelahelena@hotmail.com.brSuyane Oliveiraeng.eletrica@ubm.brTalles Fernandeseng.eletrica@ubm.br
The electronic cane project: product for the visually impaired is a prototype of products made from pvc material. its objective is to help people with visual impairments and directly improve their daily lives. many people, in large cases because they do not have a high financial condition, are able to access these products that are offered on the market, so the pvc cane comes to solve this problem. the structure of the works is almost entirely made of pvc material. the electronic part of the cane contains a prototyping platform, arduino uno, electric motor, ultrasonic sensor, buzzer, resistors, among other components.
This method involves atomizing the oil into fine particles, creating a mist or spray, directed to specific areas that require lubrication in industrial equipment, engines and gears. This technique offers significant advantages, such as reducing lubricant waste, as the system allows for a more precise and targeted application. Furthermore, the oil mist can reach difficult-to-reach areas, ensuring uniform coverage on the surfaces to be lubricated. Another benefit is the additional cooling potential provided by oil mist, helping to control the temperature of mechanical components in operation. Spraying the oil in small droplets minimizes contamination of the working environment and reduces unwanted leaks, which can occur with conventional lubrication methods. However, the effectiveness of this system depends on the appropriate selection of mist droplet size, air pressure, frequency and location of application to ensure efficient lubrication without excess. In summary, the mist lubrication system is an advanced technique that provides precise oil distribution to mechanical components, resulting in effective lubrication and reduced lubricant waste. Furthermore, the existence of collection points contributes to compliance with specific regulations on the disposal of hazardous waste, while paving the way for efficient recycling, allowing the recovery of valuable materials present in batteries.
2024-08-07T20:30:31-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://revista.programagaia.com.br/index.php/ensinoextensao1/article/view/1824PROJETO E CONSTRUÇÃO DE UM GUINDASTE HIDRÁULICO2024-11-05T16:52:17-03:00Fernando da Silva Santosengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brALEX HEYLLER MARCELO DE OLIVEIRA SOUZAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brDOUGLAS ALVES SOARESengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brRAFAEL RAIDER LEONIrafael.raider@ubm.brRAFAEL RAIDER LEONIrafael.raider@ubm.brGEDEÃO ALBERTO DA SILVAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brGUSTAVO FINOTTI DE ASSIS LIMAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brIAGO ROSSONI DA SILVAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brJONATAN ILIDIO DA SILVAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brKARLLA FERNANDES ALVESengenharia.mecanica@ubm.brTHIAGO DINIZ DE PAULAengenharia.mecanica@ubm.br

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a reality that is profoundly transforming the way organizations around the world manage their processes, make decisions and interact with their partners and customers and its history goes back several decades. As early as the 17th century, philosopher René Descartes suggested that animals could be seen as machines, establishing a connection between mind and body. This notion influenced later thinking about creating intelligent machines. In the 19th century, the ideas of mathematician Charles Babbage, who designed the Analytical Engine, considered a precursor to modern computers, were fundamental to the development of computing. At the beginning of the 20th century, mathematician Alan Turing proposed the concept of a “universal machine” capable of performing any calculation described by an algorithm. He also formulated the famous “Turing Test”, which assesses the ability of a machine to exhibit intelligent behavior indistinguishable from that of a human being. In the 1950s, scientist John McCarthy coined the term “Artificial Intelligence” and organized the first conference on the subject. It was at this time that advances emerged in areas such as machine learning and chatbots, such as Eliza, which was the first conversational program. Since then, AI has evolved rapidly, encompassing areas such as artificial neural networks, natural language processing and machine learning systems. In administration, this technological revolution brings with it a series of significant implications, ranging from the optimization of operational tasks to the redefinition of business models. AI is shaping the future of management, and its impact will be felt across all areas. Its possibilities are vast and impact different aspects of management. It can optimize processes, improve decision-making, personalize customer experiences and even predict future trends. Through machine learning algorithms, data analysis and intelligent automation, management benefits from greater efficiency, productivity and competitiveness. However, it is essential to consider ethical challenges such as privacy and algorithmic bias to ensure AI is applied responsibly and strategically. This work seeks to explore the impacts and changes that AI brings to administration, considering both the benefits and challenges.
2024-08-07T20:41:45-03:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
